Export your account data
Download a JSON file with your profile, usage history, session information and account changes. It contains personal data: keep it private. Password hashes, tokens and 2FA secrets are excluded. Diagnostic reports expire after one hour.
Close your account
This affects only check.uk.app. Confirm the request through your account email. After a seven-day cancellation period, an administrator can review and permanently remove your account, Google connection, 2FA settings and usage history. Download your data first. You may cancel until deletion is completed.
Deletion removes live account data. Restricted historical backups and separate server logs follow their own retention and restore procedures; they are not instantly erased by this action.
