Operator
This service is operated by Yourseoboard LLC, 400 Harbour Pl Dr, Apartment 1262, Tampa, FL 33602, United States. The service is an independent product: using it does not create an account or contract with another product. Shared ownership or contact addresses do not make user accounts or uploaded content public across services.
Service and account data
Submitted URLs, domains, IP addresses and diagnostic results are processed on our servers. A basic website report is accessible to anyone holding its link until it expires after one hour. Saved account history has a separate lifecycle. Email testing processes the test message and headers; reception lasts one hour and tests expire after 24 hours. Do not submit secrets, sensitive URL parameters or unrelated personal correspondence.
Account data includes email, profile, authentication identifiers, password hashes where used, preferences, sessions, saved sites and check history. Contact admin@uk.app for export or deletion requests; restricted backups and operational logs are not erased immediately.
Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide requested functions and manage accounts or purchases (performance of a contract or steps requested before it), operate and defend the service against abuse (legitimate interests, balanced against your rights), meet applicable recordkeeping and legal duties (legal obligation), and run optional analytics or obtain optional device location where consent is requested (consent). You may decline optional features. Without data necessary for a requested function, we may be unable to provide that function.
Providers and Analytics
Hosting, security and email providers process necessary operational data. Optional sign-in providers receive data needed for that feature. Analytics operates with consent on public pages, excluding accounts, administration and report pages. Test contents and account forms are not sent to Analytics. Disclosed partner links open independent services and may earn a commission.
Retention
Technical logs, anti-abuse and support records are retained according to operational, security, legal and dispute-handling needs. Contact admin@uk.app for applicable retention criteria or to request deletion. Browser preferences can be cleared on your device. Backups expire by rotation; external providers and downloaded copies are outside our direct deletion controls.
International processing
The operator is established in the United States. Infrastructure, staff and suppliers may process information in countries different from yours, whose laws may offer different protections. Applicable restrictions on international transfers remain binding. Contact admin@uk.app for the recipients, processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your data; this notice does not claim an unverified certification or supplier safeguard.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to your competent data-protection authority. Send requests to admin@uk.app, identifying the service and account where relevant. We may seek proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal deadline, explaining any lawful limitation. Avoid sending passwords or full payment-card details.
Security, children and updates
We use access controls and other technical and organisational measures, but no online system or transmission is risk-free. Automated limits and anti-abuse checks can restrict actions; contact support for review of an apparent mistake. These general-purpose services are not directed to children below the age at which they can lawfully consent or contract independently; a parent or guardian should contact us if a child has supplied personal data improperly. Material changes are published here and communicated through the service where appropriate.
